Description:
Timna Park is located near Eilat, in the southernmost part of Israel. Probably the world’s most ancient copper mines, the park features such phenomena as Solomon’s Pillars, red sandstone cliffs that have been sculpted into pillar-shaped ridges that jut outwards.
